These general conditions on the use of the Webpage, together with the particular conditions that may apply, aim to regulate and inform users of the communication campaign THE RESTAURANT OF TORRES and to govern the use of the Webpage.

1.3.- Security measures: TORRES affirms it has adopted the necessary suitable security measures in accordance with Royal Decree 1720/2007 dated 21 December which approves the implementing Regulations of Organic Law 15/1999 dated 13 December on Personal Data Protection and has put in place all the technical means at its disposal in order to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, non-authorised access or theft of the data you provide to TORRES without detriment to the provision of the section “Liability of TORRES”.
1.4.- Data assignment TORRES assigns no data to third persons other than companies within the TORRES group and for the purposes indicated on the forms and in the relevant clauses.
2.- Industrial and Intellectual Property Hyperlink Policy
2.1.- All the content included in the Webpage and in particular the brands, trade names, industrial designs, texts, photographs, charts, logos, icons, software or any other signs subject to industrial or commercial use are protected under the industrial and intellectual property rights of TORRES or third parties who have authorised their inclusion in the Webpage.
